Nantucket Vineyard - Chardonnay

Sourced from a single vineyard in Russian River Valley.  Beautiful bouquet of fleshy yellow apple, lime-like minerals with melon and starfruit notes, undertones of vanilla, well balanced, dry, Malolactic fermentation. 

This wine drinks similar to White Burgundy. Barrel fermented neutral oak.  Pairs well with briny flavors from oysters to grilled fish, the minerality will accentuate the wine’s crispness. 

The wine will also balance dishes with creamy sauces, grilled chicken or just on the couch on Thursdays.
